The artwork, in it's entirety, for the new Land Of Blood And Sunshine full-length 12" LP is in, and I must say, fucking amazing! Hand drawn by Nick from Land Of Blood And Sunshine it is the perfect accompaniment to their latest full-length, "Servants Of Light". We'll be presenting the aforementioned artwork on a full color gate fold jacket printed up by the fine folks at Imprint. We'll start taking pre-orders for both the split color coke bottle clear/blue (limited to 100), and the classic black (limited to 200) vinyl sometime after the 15th of January. In the meantime, we're now streaming track seven, "Gravity Storm" from the upcoming album and should see a video for track three, "Fermentor" in the very near future. This record is set to be ridiculous, it is without a doubt, Land Of Blood And Sunshine at their absolute best, concise, cohesive, and refined. They tread such an amazingly fine line, tottering along the garage, psych realm and then quickly dashing into a frantic punk pace before knocking you flat with an undeniably catchy pop hook. And I might be wrong, but I swear I feel an Eastern influence on this, further expanding the possibilities and sound of this Marshalltown, Iowa outfit.

Additionally, Nick from LOBAS also recently released his first solo album under the name Mothership K'Shasha. It's eight brilliantly well-crafted, multi-instrument, folk/pop tracks that I just can't stop listening to. Titled "Everything Went White", and limited to only 50 cassette copies you'd be wise to pick one up from the Mothership bandcamp.
